Bending Offline Software


DELEM Offline software maximises machine efficiency and production output of press brakes. The Profile-3D software facilitates offline programming and simulation the bending process.

Delem L (Lite Version) is supplied free of charge with Delem controllers with limited functionality. The 2D version is available for DXF file import and Delem file conversion.

***** In order to use the 3D version of Delem offline software you need to have the DA-69T/S controller or have the 3D functionality turned on in the DA-66T/S controller (Additional costs apply)*****

Profile 3D Offline Programming

The Bending offline software is an indispensable tool to increase the profitability of any CNC press brake machine. The offline software Profile 3D enables in a quick, easy and efficient way, importing and unfolding 3D files, finding automatically solutions for tooling and bend sequences and simulating dynamically in 3D for checking collisions.

Production preparation, makeability and tooling verification, operator training, adding notes for production and many other functions can be carried out offline.

The Profile 3D software offers advanced programming in 2D/3D in line with the DA-Touch controller software. The steps from the start of programming to the desired program including its transfer to the control are clearly embedded in the user interface.
