Meet Matt, he’s one of our service techs in our Queensland Branch and has now been with us for a number of years. A #machinery sale is only the first step, then comes the after sales service and this is ultimately what decides whether or not you will get another sale down the track!
As everybody knows who sells and services #fabrication, #sheetmetal, #engineering, #sawing and #manufacturing machinery and generally any machinery requiring fixing at some stage the service aspect can be tricky with a lot of balls to juggle at once so we utilise #technology to help us navigate the waters as best we can. If you see Matt around say Hi, he doesn’t bite …… well not very often anyway! 😁 🤣 😬
